Returns & refunds
What we take back, what we cannot, and exactly how to raise it. Please read before ordering.
How long you have
Faulty modules can be raised with us for 30 days from the day the pallets are delivered, counted from the carrier's delivery record. Glass damage is the exception that cannot wait: photograph it at handover and tell us within 48 hours, because a carrier will not accept a transit claim opened a fortnight later.
If a module is faulty
Email sales@jinko-solar.ae or WhatsApp the desk with photographs or video of the fault, the module's serial number from the frame label, and a shot of the crate as it arrived. Our team reads the evidence, tells you whether it is a transit case or a manufacturing case, and takes it from there.
Condition we can accept
A returned module must be unmounted, unwired and back in its original crate with its corner protectors, packing frame and any supplied hardware. It must be free of drill marks, clamp scarring, sealant, water ingress from storage on open ground, and any modification to the junction box or leads.
Panels already on a roof
Once a module has been clamped to a rail, wired into a string or otherwise put to work, it cannot be returned to us — a mounted panel has left our control and we have no way to verify how it was handled. Faults that appear after installation are warranty matters instead, and JinkoSolar's product and output warranties are exactly where we take them for you.
Swapping instead of refunding
Where a fault is confirmed inside the 30-day window, you can take a replacement module of the same type rather than money back. Replacements depend on what is on the floor: should that family be sold out, choose between your money returned in full and the closest panel we hold, with any wattage difference settled either way.
Change of mind
We cannot take modules back because a project was cancelled, a design changed, or the wrong wattage was ordered. Every panel page carries the manufacturer's datasheet and our desk will check a string layout with you before you commit — please use both.
Who pays the freight back
Return freight and handling are the buyer's cost, unless the modules were collected from our Deira store or the damage was caused by the carrier. Where a crate was mishandled in transit, we pursue the recovery with the carrier and you are not left holding the freight bill.
The RMA route, step by step
1) Send photos, video and serial numbers to sales@jinko-solar.ae or by WhatsApp. 2) We review and issue an RMA reference within 1–2 working days. 3) Re-crate the module properly — a panel returned loose will arrive broken — and write the RMA reference on the outside. 4) Ship to the address we give you. 5) We inspect within 2 working days of arrival. 6) Refund or replacement is released once the inspection agrees with the claim.
How and when the money comes back
Confirmed refunds are released within 7–14 working days by the same route the payment arrived, in the currency it was paid in. Credit against a future order is available instead, and is usually faster.
Returns from outside the UAE
These terms apply everywhere we ship: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Buyers outside the UAE carry the return freight and any customs charges on the movement. Consumer rights granted by your own country's law sit on top of this policy and are not reduced by it.
