Terms of service
The rules that govern buying from this site. Last updated: August 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
Using jinko-solar.ae — browsing it, sending an enquiry, or placing an order — means you accept the terms on this page. They bind every visitor, buyer and registered partner. We may revise them; the version live at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
Who may buy
You must be 18 or older to order from this site. Ordering in a company's name is a statement that you are authorised to commit that company to the purchase.
Accounts and partner registrations
If you hold an account or a partner registration with us, keep the login to yourself, keep the company details current, and tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it. Activity under your login is treated as yours.
Accuracy of module data
The specifications, images and datasheets published here are taken from JinkoSolar's own documents for each family. Manufacturers revise modules — dimensions, connectors, wattage bins and tolerances all move between production runs — so treat the page as a guide and confirm the current sheet with our desk before you finalise a string design or a mounting order.
Accepting and cancelling orders
An order becomes binding when we confirm it, not when it is submitted; we may decline or cancel one, for example where stock has moved or a price is plainly wrong, and anything paid is returned in full. You can cancel free of charge until the pallets are handed to the carrier. After that the returns policy takes over.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED and can change without notice. Quotes in local currency are available for buyers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Payment is currently cash on delivery against the confirmed invoice; other arrangements can be agreed for large project volumes. Unless we say otherwise in writing, prices exclude freight, customs duty and import taxes.
Warranty scope
Warranties on the modules are JinkoSolar's, not ours, and we administer them for you. Across this range that means a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear output warranty — a few families carry a longer product term, and each module's datasheet states its own figures and its own degradation curve. Cover does not extend to damage from poor mounting, clamping outside the permitted zones, hail or wind beyond the module's certified load rating, water sitting on stored panels, or any change to the junction box, leads or frame.
Intellectual property
The writing, photography and page design on jinko-solar.ae belong to this business. The JinkoSolar name, marks and datasheets belong to the manufacturer and appear here to describe the modules we sell. You may download and share a datasheet for professional use; republishing our page content as your own is not permitted.
Limits on our liability
Our responsibility for any order is capped at what you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost generation revenue, project delay costs, or labour to remove and refit modules — nor for damage caused by installation work, by equipment we did not supply, or by delays outside our control such as port congestion, customs holds or weather.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes with buyers in the UAE and the GCC go to the courts of Dubai. Buyers in the EU keep the consumer protections their own law gives them. In every case we would rather settle it at the desk first, and usually do.
Where these terms apply
To every visitor and buyer in the markets we serve: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Local consumer law in your country may give you more than this page does; where it does, it wins.
Ask before you order — we would rather explain it now than argue it later. Contact the desk
