Every generating unit and every battery has to be entered in the Bundesnetzagentur’s Marktstammdatenregister, and low-voltage connection runs through the local grid operator under VDE-AR-N 4105 — so the unit certificate and the conformity declaration decide whether a unit can be commissioned at all, not the rating printed on the box. Equipment placed on the German market also needs CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. We export from Dubai on FOB or CIF terms with that documentation in the file; import clearance and VAT are settled by the buyer at destination.
