Jinko Solar JKM650/JKM655/JKM660/JKM665/JKM670N-66QL6-BDV-F3
A dual-glass bifacial panel that harvests light on both faces, so the same stretch of roof or ground returns more energy every year.

Figures on this page are the manufacturer's own, measured at the test conditions the datasheet states — they do not change by country. What changes is the approval that has to be met before the unit is energised: in Sudan that is Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company (SEDC), Ministry of Energy and Petroleum. Confirm the grid code, import requirements and any local certification with them, or with us, before you order.
Key Features & Technical Highlights
- Light from both faces: The rear side adds up to 85% of the front's output wherever the surface below the module is bright.
- Keeps its output in the heat: Production slips only 0.26% for every degree above 25 °C, so hot afternoons cost you less energy.
- Built for storms and grit: Certified to 5400 Pa of front load and 2400 Pa from behind, and tested against salt mist, ammonia and blown sand.
- Cells sealed between two glass sheets: Twin 2 mm glass faces and an anodised aluminium frame shut out moisture and hold off PID, LID/LeTID and UV ageing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much extra energy does the rear side really give me?
The bifaciality factor is 85% (±5%) of front-side power, but the gain you actually collect depends on what sits under the module. Over a white roof or pale gravel with 135 W/m² reaching the back, a 660 W class module measures about 735 W; dark ground or a flush mount gives far less. Leave clearance behind the panel and the gain rises.
What warranty comes with it?
12 years on the product itself and 30 years on performance. Output is guaranteed to fall no more than 0.35% in the first year and to still be at least 88.85% of the rated figure in year 30.
What do I need to know before designing the mounting?
Each module measures 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm and weighs 32.5 kg, so plan two people per panel when lifting. The anodised aluminium frame is certified to 5400 Pa of front load and 2400 Pa from the rear, it runs from -40 to +70 °C, and strings may reach 1500 VDC with a 35 A series fuse.
